About the event
Take an interlude from the weekend hustle and join Saige Rose, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Meditation Guide, and Tea Hostess for a afternoon of yoga and tea. We will begin with a beginner friendly meditation and yoga flow that is suitable for all levels. Following yoga, we will sit down for a full Afternoon Tea experience. You will enjoy all the classic accompaniments like freshly made delicate finger sandwiches, delectable fresh baked scones, clotted cream, jams, and a variety of artfully crafted sweet treats, all with a plant based, superfood focused twist! We'll enjoy the delicious spread on fine table settings while listening to a mini lesson about tea history, proper tea etiquette, and the benefits of superfoods!
We welcome you to join us and treat yourself to this afternoon of decadent self care. This event is perfect for the true tea lover and for anyone that wants to indulge in self care that doesn't take up the whole day and leaves you feeling energized and restored.
