Proclaim your Praise : Praise Yoga & Prayer Board Workshop

Join Saige Rose, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Meditation Guide, and child of God for a 3 hour faith based yoga and vision board workshop. We will begin with prayer style meditation and a God centered yoga practice. As we awaken our bodies we will also awaken our heart and our spirit, and offer God our thoughts and our gratitude. Then we will reflect on God’s mercy and love, our passions and purpose, and our strengths and weaknesses over the past year to create personal Prayer Boards - all materials will be provided.

Bring your mom, auntie, sister, bestie, colleague, daughter, or niece out for an afternoon of laughter, fun, creative expression, uplifting conversation, fellowship, Gospel jamz, and more!

**All prayer board making supplies are included with this workshop, however you arre encouraged to bring personal items to add to your board (photos, magazines, bible verses, etc.).
