Join Saige Rose, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Meditation Guide, Avid Cookier, and Founder of "Seasonal Self Care with Saige", for a 1/2 day wholistic self care workshop. Awaken your Shakti with energy cleansing, guided mediation, and beginner friendly yoga. Explore the gifts that Autumn has to offer with fall inspired self care activities.
